About this role

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling AI transformation projects to B2B companies. You will own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through close, working with founders and operations leaders who are ready to modernize their tool stacks.

This is a consultative sales role. You are not pushing a product. You are helping companies understand how AI can transform their operations, then designing the right engagement for their needs. If you can have technical conversations, understand business problems, and close complex deals, we want to talk.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and goals
  • Develop proposals and scope AI transformation projects (€15K - €60K+ engagements)
  • Work with the founder to design solutions that match client needs
  • Build relationships with operations leaders, founders, and RevOps teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling services or consulting
  • Track record of closing deals in the €10K - €100K range
  • Ability to have technical conversations about tools, data, and automation
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills
  • Experience selling to SMBs and mid-market companies
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Nice to have

  • Background in selling marketing, sales, or operations technology
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS tool ecosystem (CRMs, marketing automation, analytics)
  • Experience at a consulting firm, agency, or professional services company
  • Familiarity with AI/automation trends and use cases
  • Existing network in the startup or scaleup ecosystem
