About this role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy production AI agents that transform how B2B companies operate. You will work directly with clients to understand their tool stacks, design intelligent automation, and ship agents that deliver real business value.
This is not a research role. You will ship production code that runs in client environments, handles real data, and makes real decisions. If you have built agents that actually work (not just demos), we want to talk.
What you will do
- Design and build AI agents that integrate with client tool stacks (CRMs, billing systems, analytics platforms)
- Own the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment to monitoring
- Work directly with clients to understand their workflows and pain points
- Build reliable, production-grade systems with proper error handling and observability
- Contribute to our internal AI infrastructure and agent frameworks
- Stay current with AI developments and bring new techniques to client projects
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong Python or TypeScript skills
- Experience with at least one: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent frameworks
- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly with clients
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
- Background in workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Make)
- Familiarity with CRM/sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio)
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Previous consulting or client-facing role
