About this role
We are looking for a Customer Success Lead to own the client experience after the sale. You will ensure our AI transformation projects deliver real business value, manage ongoing relationships, and turn clients into long-term partners who expand and refer.
This is not a support role. You will be the strategic partner for our clients, understanding their business goals, tracking project success, and identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship. If you can manage complex client relationships and care deeply about outcomes, we want to talk.
What you will do
- Own the post-sale client experience from kickoff to ongoing partnership
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and ROI
- Run regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales to grow accounts
- Coordinate between clients and engineering to resolve issues quickly
- Build processes and playbooks as we scale the CS function
What we are looking for
- 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client services
- Experience managing complex B2B relationships (€20K+ annual value)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to understand technical projects and communicate with engineering
- Track record of driving retention, expansion, and referrals
- Comfortable building processes from scratch in a startup environment
Nice to have
- Background in consulting, agency, or professional services
- Experience with marketing, sales, or operations technology
- Familiarity with AI/automation projects and their success metrics
- Previous experience as first or early CS hire
- Understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem
