Search all past [SESSION_TYPE] sessions (e.g., GitHub Copilot CLI, Claude Code, Codex CLI) filtered by [FOLDER/REPO PATH] and [DATE RANGE]. Resume the most relevant session instantly. Show real-time rate limit status for [API_PROVIDER] (e.g., GitHub, Anthropic, OpenAI). If limits are near exhaustion, suggest immediate mitigation steps like switching to a different API key or reducing concurrent requests.
