This n8n workflow automates the entire process of creating social media content, from generating stories with OpenAI to producing finished videos ready for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. The system handles script generation, text-to-speech narration via ElevenLabs, scene-based visual generation using DALL·E, and final video assembly with FFmpeg. All generated assets—scripts, audio, images, and videos—are stored locally, giving you full control and ownership of your content library. How to Use

Import the workflow JSON file into your n8n instance, configure OpenAI and ElevenLabs API credentials, install FFmpeg on your system, and set the N8N_OUTPUT_BASE_PATH environment variable to specify where generated content should be saved. Activate the workflow and trigger it manually or use the built-in scheduler (default 9 PM daily) to automate content generation.
