About This Skill

claude-config is a personal configuration repository for Claude Code that organizes reusable skills, sub-agents, lifecycle hooks, and helper scripts into a structured development toolkit. Skills cover workflows like TDD, debugging, brainstorming, implementation planning, git operations, code review, and skill routing. A SessionStart hook auto-injects a skill-router at startup, helping Claude select the right workflow for each task automatically. The repository includes an install script that sets up hooks and skills, a sync script for keeping configurations current, and MCP server integration for tools like Brave Search, Firecrawl, Supabase, and a sandboxed Playwright browser CLI. It is designed for individual developers who want to standardize and accelerate their Claude Code sessions with battle-tested, evolving conventions.

How to Use

Run install.sh to set up the SessionStart hook and install skills into your Claude Code environment. Use sync.sh to pull the latest skills and hooks into your local config. MCP servers are merged automatically into ~/.claude.json during install, preserving any existing keys.
