About This Skill

claude-workflow is a Claude Code configuration framework that automates the software development lifecycle through GitHub Projects integration. It provides 11 command templates covering planning, feature creation, task breakdown, issue handling, PR creation, and commit workflows. The framework includes utility scripts for project status transitions, hierarchical task numbering, and parent-child GitHub issue relationships. How to Use

Install by running the provided curl command, which clones the dotclaude repo into your local .claude/ directory and creates a minimal CLAUDE.md that imports the workflow memory. Shell integration is added automatically, providing ccsync and ccpush commands for two-way synchronization with the shared workspace. A .claude-config.json enables auto-discovery of project configuration, and local overrides can be stored in files matching the *.local.* pattern, which are gitignored by default.
