Granola Archivist automatically extracts and archives your Granola meeting notes, attendees, and summaries into organized markdown files stored locally on your machine. The plugin offers optional AI-powered intelligence to extract people, companies, action items, and insights from your meetings using GPT-5-nano at minimal cost (~$0.0009 per meeting). Since the plugin runs locally by default, your meeting data never leaves your machine unless you enable AI extraction—in which case data goes only to your own OpenAI account. Operations teams and knowledge workers benefit from automated meeting processing that integrates with local workflows without exposing sensitive information to third-party servers.
