StrategyOS is the entry point of LeanOS, an AI operating system designed for founders and operators. StrategyOS outputs a Hypothesis Register documenting problem, segment, unit economics, value proposition, growth architecture, solution design, and GTM plan, along with a Gap Register that surfaces unserved needs and positioning opportunities. The workflow loops until outputs are sell-ready or scale-ready, with human governors resolving escalations.
