About This Skill

Operator Skills is a directory of 20+ instruction sets designed for Claude to handle recurring startup tasks automatically. Skills span four core areas: thinking partnership (coaching, reality-checks, interviews), writing and communication (briefs, writeups, technical explainers), Claude workflow optimization (verification, handoffs, prompt improvement), and operations (email triage, financial analysis, contract review, hiring). Instead of re-explaining requirements each time, you invoke a skill and Claude executes with domain-specific context. Skills work with Claude Code, Cursor, and Claude Desktop—some include customizable placeholders for your specific tools and terminology.

How to Use

For Claude Code, run: claude plugin marketplace add dazuck/operator-skills then claude plugin install operator-skills. For Claude Desktop, download the ZIP, go to Settings → Capabilities, upload the file, and toggle skills on. Skills load automatically when relevant and require Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise.
