About This Skill
SkillLauncher is a native macOS application that integrates with Claude Code to streamline skill execution. Press Option+Space from anywhere to search and run your configured Skills with real-time character-by-character streaming output. The tool automatically discovers skills from ~/.claude/skills/ and displays frequently used ones first for efficient workflow integration. Built with Swift and SwiftUI, it requires minimal system resources while providing essential features like smart search filtering, keyboard navigation, and autocomplete. Operations teams and power users benefit from reduced context switching and faster access to Claude Code capabilities.
How to Use
Clone the repository and build with `swift build -c release`, then copy the binary to /Applications/. Grant accessibility permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility for the Option+Space hotkey to function. Configure skills by placing SKILL.md files in ~/.claude/skills/ with YAML frontmatter containing name and description. Press Option+Space to launch, type to filter skills, press Tab to autocomplete, and Enter to execute.
