About This Skill

SkillsWeaver is an interactive tabletop RPG engine based on D&D 5e rules that combines Claude AI orchestration with Go CLI tools to create complete role-playing experiences. The platform offers both a web interface and command-line tools for creating adventures, managing characters, and running game sessions with real-time streaming responses. It automates campaign planning with 3-act structures, generates antagonists and plot elements, produces tactical combat maps, and handles character progression through level-ups and treasure generation. Teams can use SkillsWeaver for collaborative storytelling, training simulations, team-building exercises, and interactive problem-solving scenarios. The Fortune-Teller Wizard guides adventure creation through tarot-card-based world-building, while the web interface provides character management, party tracking, and inline image generation for immersive gameplay.

How to Use

Set your Anthropic API key and optionally a fal.ai key for image generation. Launch either the web interface with `./sw-web` (visit http://localhost:8085) for a browser-based experience, or use `./sw-dm` for a command-line REPL. Create adventures via the Fortune-Teller Wizard or Quick Create form, then play by chatting with the AI Dungeon Master with real-time streaming responses.
