About This Skill

Skills Manager is a macOS application that simplifies skill discovery and management for AI coding assistants like Claude Code and Codex. It lets you browse skills from GitHub repositories such as anthropics/skills, add local directories via file:// URLs, and install to multiple providers simultaneously. The app features tag-based filtering, markdown documentation rendering, a split-pane editor for local skill editing, and support for managing multiple remote catalogs. Developers and operations teams use it to organize and streamline AI coding workflows without manual configuration.

How to Use

Launch the app to view installed skills in a three-column layout. Add skill catalogs by clicking '+ Add Catalog' and entering a GitHub URL or local directory path. Select skills to view details, manage tags, and install to Claude Code and/or Codex. Use tag-based filtering to organize skills across all catalogs.
