Clone the repository and install Node.js 18+ with MongoDB. Configure environment variables for backend (PORT, MONGO_URI, JWT_SECRET) and frontend (NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL). Run `npm run dev` to start development mode. Create an owner account at the login page, then access the dashboard at localhost:3000 to manage webhooks, products, users, and orders.
