Prompt Template

Example Output

To automate the customer onboarding process, we'll create a Wegent agent team with three specialized agents:

1. **Data Collection Agent**: This agent will gather customer information from the CRM system and validate the data. It will use the Salesforce API to access customer records and ensure all required fields are completed.

2. **Document Generation Agent**: This agent will generate the necessary onboarding documents, such as contracts and welcome packets. It will use a document generation tool like DocuSign to create and send the documents to the customer for e-signature.

3. **Communication Agent**: This agent will handle all customer communications, sending welcome emails, setting up initial meetings, and providing updates throughout the onboarding process. It will use email and calendar APIs to manage these tasks.
